The original author’s estate must approve any adaptation, and so far, it has never allowed one to go forward.
The agent who represents the estate—Wes Spencer—is also working on an updated version of the beloved story. Promoting Mo’s project would go against Wes’s own interests, and he’s reluctant to bring it to Estelle Morgan, the elderly daughter of the original novelist. But when Yuri contacts Estelle herself, Estelle invites Mo and Wes to her home for a weekend where they will pitch each book to her and let her decide whose book will be approved–and whose work will be destined for deletion.
Soon, Mo and Wes realize that they have more in common than just their love of the original book. As they grow closer and wait for the estate’s decision, will the secrets Wes is keeping ruin the bond between them, or can they find their way to a happy ending?

At this time, Love in Print ships within the United States. We're a small independent bookstore with big dreams, and international shipping is something we're hoping to offer in the future.

Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your order

Eligible Returns
We accept returns, exchanges, and store credit on eligible new books. Sometimes a book isn't the right match—and that's okay.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return or exchange, email us at hello@loveinprintbooks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please wait for return authorization before sending any items back to us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Love in Print cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unread
- In their original condition
- Free from damage, markings, or excessive wear
Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Looking for a different title instead? Eligible returns may be exchanged or converted to store credit.
Store credit never expires and is a great option if you're still deciding which book belongs on your nightstand next.
