At Love in Print, we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied. We want you to love what you read—but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!

Eligible Items

We accept returns, exchanges, and offer store credit on new books—because even the best romances can hit a plot twist.

Non-Returnable Items/FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Personalized products

  • Pre-orders

  • Blind Date books

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@loveinprintbooks.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you from there. Please note, returns must be approved before shipping items back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unread

  • In the same condition you received it

Items that arrive damaged, worn, or not in original condition may be denied for return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer a different title? We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit if your return qualifies.
